At Ninja Kiwi Merch, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your return quickly.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
